Community members are invited to attend a “Meet the Candidates” event for the Oakland Town Council on Thursday, March 5, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at The Green Room. The event provides an opportunity for residents to connect with candidates, learn more about their vision for the community, and ask questions about local issues.
Attendees will have the chance to hear directly from the candidates about their goals and plans for Oakland, share concerns, and engage in conversation with neighbors about the future of the town. The event is designed to encourage community involvement and give voters a better understanding of the individuals running for office.
Light refreshments will be provided, and residents are encouraged to bring a friend and take part in the discussion.
