Kindergarten and Pre-K Application Period Now Open for the 2024-25 School Year at Deep Creek Lake, MD

Garrett County Public Schools (GCPS) is now accepting applications for comprehensive kindergarten registration and Pre-Kindergarten Program for 3- and 4-year-olds for the 2024-25 school year. Kindergarten registration is for all children entering kindergarten for the first time in September 2024, while Pre-K is a program for 3- and 4-year-olds. Parents can fill out the application online at www.gcps.net/enrollment. Registration will be held at each school in April. Notification of registration appointment(s) will occur before April 15, 2024. For more information, please contact your elementary school’s Registration Liaison or the Office of Elementary Education.
