Jay Ferguson – Real Estate Market Update March 10

 

Impressive start to March with some high dollar sales. I know rates dropped suddenly, so I expect the market activity to continue. Two lakefront townhomes (each with one boat slip) closed above $800k, both on Deep Creek Drive. A slopefront, ski-in/out house in Boulder Ridge closed for $1,650,000. Brand new construction with a pool that sold for over $1.9 million, fronting on Lodestone golf course. I also noticed a 5BR split lakefront home on State Park Rd that closed for $1,441,000, which seems like a really good deal.

 

Listings are definitely picking up – several new lakefront condos – $199k (Silver Tree Suites) and $339k (Will o’ the Wisp) just hot the market and I’ll have a lake area condo coming on the market ~$200k, fully renovated.
