After the lackluster spring and summer market we had, we all should be thankful for the fall season and the interest rate drops that helped save our stats. This time of year more and more sellers make thew decision to pull their home off the market for the season – difficult road/driveway access and blustery weather certainly play a part in that decision. Still others, who may be more of a ski area property, are just now getting ready to list, as the winter buyers are making plans to be in town when the snow falls.
