HART’s innovative model, with the support of generous donors, enables them to rescue and adopt animals that would otherwise be euthanized.

HART’s Mission: To improve the condition of animals in Western Maryland and surrounding regions through: rescue and transport; accessible spay/neuter surgeries; building and operating a humane animal center; sheltering and adopting homeless animals.

Every Saturday after Thanksgiving through the holidays from 11 am – 3 pm

Come and meet our adoptable dogs and cats! No advance application is needed.
