Maryland Federation of Republican Women President Sharon Carrick traveled to the county recently to install the 2023-2024 officers of the Garrett County Republican Women’s Club. Pictured (left to right) are Carrick, President Luanne Ruddell, Vice President Patty Hammond, Secretary Lisa Thayer Welch, and Treasurer Rita Watson. Assistant Treasurer Liz Morin was not available. At the meeting which followed, the Club adopted its annual budget and outlined the programs and projects for 2023.
