Lots of localized flooding in the region. A part of Shallmar Road near Kitzmiller in Garrett County was closed at 6:00pm yesterday due to an active landslide in the area.  The closure affects approximately 34 houses and 60 people and residents are urged to evacuate.  This photo of the Great Falls area of the Potomac is downstream from Garrett County but gives a sense of the rainfall volume in the region.

Open to all. Have fun, dress-up (or not), network and you can even get your hair and makeup done if you arrive early.
