The office of Dr. Abigail Feathers, in conjunction with Garrett Regional Medical Center (GRMC), is pleased to welcome Kambrie Bosley, PA-C, as the practice’s new Physician Assistant. Kambrie’s focus will be on providing patient-centered care to the women who receive gynecological services through Dr. Feathers’ practice. In addition to her new role, Kambrie also works as a Physician Assistant in the GRMC hospitalist program.
“We are excited to welcome Kambrie Bosley to the practice,” said Abigail Feathers, MD. “There is a growing need for women’s health care in our region. Expanding our practice with the addition of Kambrie will enable us to better serve the community.”
Kambrie, a native of Garrett County, received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from West Virginia Wesleyan in Buckhannon, WV, and her master’s degree in physician’s assistant studies from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. During her clinical rotation, Kambrie worked with several local practices including Dr. Abigail Feathers, Garrett Surgical Group, Garrett Orthopedics, Wellspring Family Practice, and Mountain Laurel Medical Center. She also practiced at Ruby Memorial Hospital and Mon General in Morgantown West Virginia. Kambrie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA).
Located in Oakland, Dr. Abigail Feathers’ practice provides caring office and surgical gynecological services to women of all ages. Dr. Feathers understands the health care needs of women at all stages of life, from young women needing to choose the birth control that is best for them to women experiencing the significant life changes that occur with menopause. Dr. Feathers provides focused, individual care that is tailored to a patient’s particular situation and needs.
