DIY: Solutions for Managing Water Runoff –  Friday October 19 2-3 pm or  Friday Nov 9 from 6-7 pm

Got Rain? This introductory session on water runoff will give information about what stormwater is and how to manage it on your property for your benefit and the well-being of the entire community and watershed.   Guidance, handouts, and discussion points will address the following questions:  Why water runoff can be a problem for property owners,  how (much) runoff is generated on your property,  how water flows across and leaves your property,  and how you can reduce the amount of stormwater leaving your property through Best Management Practices (BMP).
