As the holiday season brings a sense of gratitude for all our blessings, please remember the DCWF in your giving plans!

Your Previous Donations & Sponsorships Made the Following Impact in 2025:

1. The Demo Garden Path & Native Plantings have been completed for this 10 in 10 Project to help reduce shoreline erosion. Demo Garden opens in Spring 2026.
2. Further Progress on the Water Budget Model w/Groundwater Recharge Estimate has been made. Completion planned for 2026.
3. We supported Garrett County School Field Trips and provided students equipment for Water Quality Testing. “These aren’t just Field Trips; They’re real-world lessons that stick!”
4. We sponsored a Scientific Symposium w/Seven Expert Speakers. Very successful! Recorded presentations to be released soon.
5. Sponsored 5th Rain Barrel Training & Distribution Event with 285 barrels donated to community residents to date. One participant, “I really appreciate this opportunity you have given to the community. Thank you.”
6. Conducted Follow-Up Water Quality Bioassessment of DCL Tributaries to one done in 2022. Shared results and analysis with all appropriate agencies.
