The course on the B&O Railroad during the Civil War, led by Dr. Neal Brooks, is open for enrollment. It takes place every Thursday at 4:30 PM at the Railroad Station in Oakland. The course provides a comprehensive overview of the railroad’s development, decline, and main purposes. Individuals with even a mild interest in rail travel are encouraged to join and expand their knowledge.
