On June 11, 2024, Deep Creek Lake Lions Club handed off to LaVale Lions Club more than 100 pair of gently used eyeglasses to be reconditioned at the Global Re-Vision Foundation in Myersville, Maryland Garrett County Lions Clubs also fund glasses for Garrett County residents through the Garrett County Health Department’s Adult Evaluation and Review Services (“AERS”).
