The weather today will be patchy fog in the morning. Mostly cloudy, with scattered showers in the morning, then partly sunny, with isolated showers in the afternoon–highs around 70. Except in the lower 60s at the higher elevations. Northwest winds of around 5 to 10 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph. The chance of rain is 50%.

Here’s the Maryland Fishing Report as of November 6: Maryland anglers may be bundling up a bit more this month, but the fishing action remains strong across a variety of species.

Preservation Maryland and the Maryland Historical Trust are hosting a National Register Roadshow virtual webinar today. This hour-long program features MHT’s National Register Administrator, Jessica French, who will discuss the National Register of Historic Places and explain how a resource’s significance and integrity are evaluated during the nomination process. The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

DCAB is offering more women’s+ casual group trail/MTB bike rides, and all abilities are welcome! Meet up at 5:15 PM, with wheels down at 5:30 PM, and we’ll wrap up by 7:00 PM. Dress for the weather, and don’t forget a headlamp or bike light!
