Celebrating its 130th birthday, Loch Lynn Heights is now home to Garrett County’s very first fully ADA-accessible and inclusive playground. This newly renovated park features wheelchair-compatible surfacing, sensory-friendly equipment, and has even inspired ongoing accessibility upgrades to the town’s Wetland Nature Trail.

The Women’s + Casual Group Trail/MTB Ride takes place this Thursday, June 25th, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at Margraff Plantation Trail in Accident, MD. This free event is open to all female and female-identifying riders of all skill levels, featuring a basic skills review and a 3–6 mile beginner-friendly ride. Please arrive by 5:15 PM with your bike and helmet, and sign up in advance!
