The weather today will be cloudy. Rain, with a slight chance of snow in the morning, then a chance of snow in the afternoon. Blowing snow in the afternoon with visibility one-quarter mile or less at times. Snow accumulation is around an inch. Very windy, with highs in the upper 40s. Temperature falling into the lower 20s in the afternoon. West winds of around 20 to 30 mph, increasing to 30 to 35 mph in the afternoon. Gusts up to 55 mph. The chance of precipitation is 80%. Wind chill values are as low as zero in the afternoon.
