The weather today will be mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers in the morning, then a chance of showers in the afternoon. Highs in the mid-60s and a low of 49. West winds of around 10 to 15 mph. The chance of rain is 50%.

Governor Wes Moore signed the Rural Communities Improvement Act on May 8, 2023, expanding the Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund to include workforce and cooperative development projects. The Rural Maryland Council will administer the formula-driven grant program.
