Maryland ranks high on the AI swap scale—38% of managers here say they’d replace employees with AI without hesitation. That puts the Old Line State among the top five nationwide in a survey of 3,005 managers by Trio.dev. With some managers admitting they’d cut staff for as little as a 5% cost saving, the findings raise big questions about how secure jobs really are as AI keeps moving into the workplace.
