Jay Ferguson – Real Estate Market Update January 20

Jay Ferguson – Real Estate Market Update March 17 (Deep Creek Lake, MD)

The 2025 real estate market update you have been waiting for! It was a really weird year for real estate here in GC and DCL. Our summer market was way below average, as you can see. Normally, June, Jul,y and August are the best months for activity. Last year, spring and fall were our highest-grossing months of the year. The fall market was surging due to interest rate drops. It was one of the busiest quarters I’ve EVER had in 25+ years of sales. You can see from the charts below how up and down the activity was. Below that, some fun facts about 2025 sales!
