Each year, the Garrett County Steps to Better Health Committee offers two scholarships to Garrett County graduating seniors pursuing a career in healthcare. This year’s recipients are Bethany Carrington, who plans to attend Concordia University in Wisconsin for a nursing degree, and Syrianna Collins, who will attend Garrett College for pre-nursing classes.
