Play Out Loud is hosting Simple Machines Tech Days, where children who have finished kindergarten, first, or second grade will learn about and build simple machines using LEGOs. The classes take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM today, August 11, and August 25, with each session including a snack. Registration is $25 per individual day or $90 to attend all four camps, with a portion of the proceeds directly supporting the local high school robotics team.

Deep Creek Pottery is running its one-day Kids Summer Camp today from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, continuing weekly on Tuesdays.
