Governor Wes Moore appoints Kurt Heckman to the Garrett College Board of Trustees, replacing Dr. Brenda McCartney, who stepped down to become interim superintendent for Garrett County Public Schools. Heckman is a former senior DOE official.
Garrett Regional Medical Center welcomes psychiatrist Dr. Faye Lari to Regional Behavioral Health Center, providing mental health services to all ages in Garrett County.

- Saturday, July 29th: FREE gate admission, $10 for carnival rides (5:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Sunday, July 30th: FREE with Vespers Service and Farm Queen contest.
- Monday, August 1st – Saturday, August 5th: $20 includes rides, entertainment, and track events.
- Non-Ride Tickets (must be purchased in advance): $10 for entertainment and track events only, no carnival rides. Available at various locations.
