Monday January 8, 2024: Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 37 and a low around 27. West wind 5 to 8 mph becoming east in the afternoon. Tonight snow likely, possibly mixed with freezing rain after 4am. Breezy, with an east wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

We received about 7″ of new snowfall over the weekend. Not quite the forecasted amounts but we’ll definitely take it!

I had a chance to go fat biking yesterday! I LOVED IT! If you want to try out biking in the snow, send me a message. I’m holding the first Maryland race of the new Highlands Fat Bike Series this Saturday and it’s truly for any ability. I’d love to introduce new riders to the sport.
