February 9, 2023: It was so spring-like yesterday! I was able to get out and take a bike ride without my heavy fleece pullover. We stayed off the singletrack trails and went out on the snowmobile trails at Herrington Manor State Park since the ground was muddy and wet. Did you know that the freeze / thaw process is actually good for trails? NOTE: “If you leave a track, turn back”.

The weather today will be cloudy. A slight chance of showers in the morning, then a chance of showers in the afternoon. Breezy, with highs around 60 and a low of 36. South winds of around 15 to 25 mph, with gusts up to 35 mph, increasing to 45 mph in the afternoon. The chance of rain is 50%.
