The Deep Creek Adventure Bureau organized its third annual winter fat tire bike event series, part of the first annual Highlands Fat Tire Series. Held at Herrington Manor State Park and Garrett State Forest on February 24, 2023, competitors tackled a mix of trails in heavy snowfall.
