DESCRIPTION:Kick off your Autumn Glory weekend with a run through idyllic Broadford Park. The Oakland/Mountain Lake Park Lions Club hosts the Autumn Glory 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk on Saturday\, October 10\, 2026 at Broadford Lake. \n5K runners start at 8:30 a.m.\, with 2-mile walkers following at 8:40 a.m. Runners may walk\, but walkers should refrain from running. Race-day registration and packet pick-up begin at 7:00 a.m. All activities take place outdoors or under an open pavilion\, so be prepared for the weather. Parking is next to the start/finish. \nThe course follows Broadford Lake across the breast dam to Simon Pearce glass blowing and back\, over a mixture of pavement\, mowed grass trails\, and gravel road. Bib numbers are recorded manually at the finish (no chip timing)\, so please wear your bib visibly on the front of your outfit and be sure it is recorded as you exit the finish chute. \nRegistration\n$25 — registered by September 19 (T-shirt size reserved)\n$30 — September 19 until race day (T-shirt included\, size choice may be limited)\n$40 — race day (T-shirt while supplies last) \nLong-sleeve T-shirts are available while supplies last\, so register early to guarantee a shirt and size. If the event is cancelled\, organizers will do their best to mail shirts to pre-registered participants.
