Stage Wisp Concert Series
Wisp Resort 296 Marsh Hill Rd, McHenry, MD, United StatesWisp Resort will host its annual Stage Wisp Concert Series during Summer 2024. The free 9-week concert series will showcase a wide variety of musical entertainment every Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM in July and August plus the 4th of July. Beginning at 5:00 PM, the Farm and Art Market will welcome guests to shop and mingle with local vendors and artisans who offer an array of fresh produce, gifts, and unique goods. Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and dancing shoes. Food and drink, including seasonal brews and barbeque, will be available for sale. Should inclement weather come across the mountain, the event will be held in the McHenry Lodge. July 3, 2024- The Terah Crawford Band kicks off the summer combining their love for mountain music with classic rock, outlaw country, and just a touch of folk. Performing Arts Center at Garrett College 687 Mosser Road, McHenry, MD, United StatesThe Baltimore-based Ann Street Trio is devoted to performing chamber music from the classical era to the 21st century. Comprised of several of Baltimore’s finest musicians, the Ann Street Trio believes in engaging their audience through creative programming and conversation and strives to give them an up-close look at the creativity and excitement of chamber music. The Ann Street Trio reaches audiences through chamber music series in the region, university engagements, and private salon concerts. With years of diverse performance experience, each member brings a particular expertise to their interpretation. Erik Franklin teaches clarinet at Towson University, Katlyn DeGraw is the Associate Principal Cellist of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra, and Hui-Chuan Chen performs recitals nationally and internationally alongside teaching at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
