Join Oakland Library for a storytime designed for children ages 3 and up. This program promotes creative expression, social skills, listening comprehension, and school readiness through stories, STEM activities, games, music, and crafts. Disclaimers: This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child in this program. Drop-offs will not be permitted. Programs, events, and classes may be photographed or videotaped for library promotional purposes. Your participation in programs signifies your permission for us to use any photos that we take of you. Please speak to a librarian at the event if you would prefer your photo not to be taken.

Do you have a young reader in your life looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend their Wednesday and Thursday afternoons? Join HART for Animals, Inc. at Enzo's Library from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for the Reading Buddies program! Located right in the HART lobby, Enzo's Library is the perfect place to bring your kiddos, pick out some awesome books, and read to our adorable, adoptable dogs and cats. And guess what? You can even take the books home with you! Please note, that all readers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the program.
