Town of Grantsville Community Meeting – New Grantsville Community Center Project

Join the Town of Grantsville community on March 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM to learn more about the new Grantsville Community Center project and share your input for the future plans of the property.

The Town of Grantsville acquired the former New Hope Church property through Garrett County. Funding is available for renovations, and we want to hear your thoughts on what you’d like to see!

If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to submit a public comment, please do so by March 13, 2025, at info@visitgrantsville.com.

Details already discussed:

• The main congregant area will be converted into a large gym space for basketball, volleyball, and more.
• The north wing will feature indoor pickleball courts, which will be rentable to generate income for the property.
• Additional rooms will be available for group fitness and private meetings.
• Locker rooms will be included.
• There is a possibility of subletting the right wing to a daycare center or gym.
