The Ruth Enlow Library invites the public to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Celtic Harp concert on Friday, March 17, from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM. at the Oakland Main Branch. The concert will feature harper Lynne Dale performing a selection of Celtic and popular tunes. There will even be some audience participation. This event is free and open to the public. Lynne is a graduate of Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA. She has taught music and served as an organist and choir director in New England, the mid-Atlantic region, and Washington State. She is currently an organist at St. John’s Episcopal Church and First Presbyterian Church, both in Frostburg.
