Join Les Ober and Mike Rechlin for an in-person maple syrup grading and quality control workshop on 11 June 2021. The workshop is from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM in the Back Bay Room of Garrett College Career Technology Training Center.
Enjoy a presentation on the theory and science behind making quality syrup followed by a hands-on session on grading and tasting maple syrup. The main program will be followed by an optional hour of dinner, a syrup competition, and a Q&A session.
Come early and get your hydrometer calibrated by Mike Lynch. Doors open at 4:00 pm.
