Guardian Angel Icon Class for Beginners

This class is for anyone with a love of God and a desire to move deeper into His presence through art and prayer. In Iconography every brush stroke is a prayer, so we will be “writing” our prayers into this world through the image we create.

Invite a friend to join you as we strengthen our faith together through this ancient art form.

Class Schedule and Details

• Where: Parish Hall – Oakland, MD
• When: Mondays, September 18 through October 30, 2023
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Cost: $75, all supplies included; 9”x12” icon on wood to take home. A $30 deposit is required prior to September 6; the balance will be due at the first class. Forms of payment accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks made payable to NancyEnsor

Notes

• Class size is limited to 12 students
• Class location may change to the classrooms in the lower level of Parish Hall as needs arise for special events. Students will be notified of changes.

About the Artist/Instructor

Nancy Ensor joined our parish with her husband Bryan in 2022, and she has been creating Icons
for more than 15 years and teaching classes for 7 years.
