Barn Dance, Auction & Dinner – Featuring The Remedy!
September 21 @ 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Our 11th Annual Barn Dance and Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Barn at Sang Hill Farms, 6428 Sang Run Rd McHenry from 5:30-10:00 PM! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year! This fun, fall evening is great for the whole family. Enjoy dinner by Dutch’s at Silvertree, dancing and music by Garrett County’s beloved band, The Remedy and DJ Connor Norman of Norman Networking and Promotions. There will be children’s activities, line dancing, a beer and wine tent, our Silent Auction and more! There will be no walk-ins and reservations must be reserved in advance. Doors open at 5:30 and dinner is available between 6:00-7:30pm. Reserve your spot: $40.00 each for adults. Tickets for Children ages 6-12 are $15 and children 5 and under are free. No tickets will be sold at the event and are nonrefundable. Tickets available at the included link.
We are accepting donations of items/gifts card or services for the Silent Auction and for those wishing to become a valued sponsor at this event, the following **sponsorship levels** are available and can also be purchased at the included link:
Golden Scarecrow: $1,000 (up to 8 event reservations; reserved table, one free bucket of beer or bottle of wine)
Red Barn: $750 (up to 6 reservations; reserved table)
Silo: $500 (up to 6 reservations)
Hay Loft: $250 (up to 4 reservations)
Stall: $150 (up to 2 reservations)
All donors *of any amount* will be acknowledged in the newspaper, website, social media and at the event in our Donor Hall in the barn!
Sponsors must claim their # of reservations in advance and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
