Way back in 2002, I sold a lakefront lot to a family who had a dream to build a custom vacation home. They have photos of the day they signed the contract, sitting beside the lake at a picnic table with me. It was an iconic moment – very rarely do you get an opportunity to be part of something so simple yet so meaningful. Within a year, they had built one of the most impressive and successful rental properties over the past 25 years – “Unforgettable”.
I’m very excited to bring Taylor Made’s best vacation rental earner back on the market this week – 400 Moonrise Drive at Waterfront Greens.
